Kay Stephens is a Maine freelance writer, award-winning journalist, author, and a screenwriter with a specialty in arts, entertainment, and the creative economy. Her articles have been featured in multiple Maine newspapers and magazines such as Dispatch Magazine, Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors, The Sunrise Guide, Village Soup, The Free Press, Activities Guide of Maine, and Maine Brew & Bev Guide. She holds a B.A. in magazine journalism from Ohio University's E.W. Scripps School of Journalism and an M.A. in writing and publishing from Emerson College.
